    How to use Ofsted Parent View

    Log in / Register 

    You will need your email address and password for the log-in process. Just follow the on-screen instructions. 

    You will then be sent an email with a link to activate your log-in. 

    Search 

    To search, enter the name of our school and/or part of our address (Adeyfield Road, Adeyfield, Hemel Hempseed HP2 5JS) in the search boxes when you are asked to and choose our school from the search results. 

    Questionnaire 

    There will be a number of questions to answer, for example, ‘My child is happy at this school' with a choice of responses: 

    • Strongly agree 
    • Agree 
    • Disagree 
    • Strongly disagree 
    • Don’t know 

    Some questions have additional options that allow you to provide more information. 

    The ‘Next’ button can be used to move to the next question. If you change your mind you can use the ‘Previous’ button to go back. 

    Once you have completed all questions, click on 'Finish' and the questionnaire is complete. 

    Alerts 

    Registered users can also sign up to receive an email when the results for us become publicly available and when there is a change in the number of responses after this. You can choose the frequency of the alerts at set up and by going to your profile. 

    How to complain 

    This survey is not designed to receive complaints about schools. If you wish to make a complaint or have a serious concern, you can find more information on  the complaints page.
