Happy Comic Relief Day Everyone! We hope you all enjoyed dressing in red, wearing your red noses and donating towards this amazing charity!

We have been busy in maths this week, focusing on our 2 and 4 times tables in lessons and revising them again in our times tables revision sessions! We are now experts! Keep practising them on TTRS at home!

In English, we have been learning about ‘Kenning Poems.’ We have drafted our own and written them up in neat ready to be displayed!

In Geography this week, we looked at maps of Europe and discussed as a class all the countries we have been to, there were a lot! We then made fact files all about Europe. We learnt there are 45 countries in Europe and 150 different languages spoken!

In D.T this week, we continued designing our Easter cards, in preparation for making our levers next week, to support moving objects around our card. We can’t wait to show you!

In R.E this week, we discussed about the importance of forgiveness and how everyone makes mistakes sometimes and it’s important to be able to show people compassion. We then discussed how it makes us feel when someone upsets us and whether we always feel like we can forgive them. Then, we watched a video on Jesus and discussed how he could not forgive Judas for his betrayal and discussed whether we thought Jesus should forgive Judas and why. To finish the lesson, we then drew a picture of a time when a friend has upset us and wrote about how it made us feel.

After all our hard work, we are looking forward to having a great weekend!
